Next, you’ll head to Uplistsikhe, a unique cave city carved into rock cliffs, where ancient chambers, wine cellars, and pagan temples still stand.
Then continue to Uplistsikhe – meaning “The Fortress of lord”, it is an ancient cave settlement that once served as a key religious and trade hub on the Silk Road. Walk through rock-carved streets and admire the incredible architecture that dates back over 3,000 years.
